Malabar architectes, in collaboration with OTE ingénierie, continues the work on the logistics platform located in the heart of the sugar beet land, where sugar is produced and processed. With a delivery planned for August 2018, this platform will mark the entrance to the town of Connantre (Marnes), it will follow the National's 4 flows on 800m of shelf space, its iridescent facade takes up the sober and elegant shades linked to the processing and production of beet, from grey white to champagne ocher.
A little madness of 32m², the challenge of this restructuring was to optimize as much space as possible in order to create a real two-room apartment. The living space / living room + kitchen focuses on the facade for maximum light, it is organized around an arrangement of shelves that evolves in each sequence, from the support of the sofa to the kitchen furniture passing a transparent game from the bedroom. the terrazzo, the project's flagship materials and link, is very present in its various possible forms, on the credenza, on the floor and on the walls.
