The building, situated in the midst of a commercial and residential zone, falls into a complex administrative process. The height of the building cannot be over 9m and the surface area at the base must be minimal as well as the outside lines of the façade. Everything is designed to fit into a very normative single-home residential area.

In this context, the project reinterprets the classic single-family home structure in its simplest form: ground floor +1 and an attic, a double pitched roof, non-communicating structures…The volume becomes the focus of the project. Only the balconies on the second floor break the clean lines of the building.

The roof and the façade of the building are made of the same prefabricated metal tiles to maintain unity and simplicity in the structure.

The building is designed as a grouping of individual homes, every unit has its own entrance and a private outdoor space.
